The Challenge

  • To develop a hosting programme involving key pan-Asian media in golf and luxury lifestyle that speak directly to the key audiences of Ballantine’s in Asia

  • To maximise media value from editorial coverage generated by hosted media as well as other pan-Asian media titles of interest to client

  • To facilitate hosted media access to tournament star players and organise branded activities that will offer maximum favourable coverage

  • To manage the logistics and travel arrangements of hosted media

  • Managed all activities for hosted media and facilitated on-site media interviews with tournament star players

  • Educated hosted media on Ballantine’s reasons to sponsor the Ballantine’s Championship so coverage can be linked to these key objectives

  • Pitched and briefed other non-hosted key pan-Asian media for branded coverage
